ACROCURE C
Acrocure is a liquid membrane forming curing compound for mortar and concrete based on the microcrystalline wax emulsion. It is applied to the fresh concrete surface to form a fast-drying impervious membrane and thus it provides maximum moisture retention throughout the initial critical curing period of three days and therefore for the normal 24 days period or longer. No protection or other covering is required. It is available in two grades in Clear(AcroCure-C) and White Pigmented(AcroCure-WP) forms conforming to ASTM C 309-1992 and ASTM C 156-1992.
Clear(AcroCure-C – 309 1992 Type I) grade is for all normal temperate climate applications.
White Pigmented (AcroCure WP)ASTM C-309-1992 Type II Grade contains white pigment to give light reflectance and it reduces the concentration of solar heat and is particularly very helpful for use in hot climates.
