It has excellent adhesion, water resistance, and solvent resistance properties. It is ideal for Concrete, Mortar tracks, Asbestos. Cement and areas of Vehicular traffic, Garbages, Parkings, Industries, Laboratories, Hospitals, Food Processing Plant, Pharmaceutical Production areas, and areas are susceptible to solvents.
