ACROGROUTSEAL

 It forms a low viscosity red acrylic polymer liquid most suitable for injection, on mixing with our powder catalyst.  When it is introduced by pressure/ injection grouting method into leaking concrete, stonework or soil substrates, it forms a permanently flexible but tough solid gel in conjunction with water through the process of polymerization.  As ACROGROUTSEAL exhibits the property of getting mixed with water before polymerization, the final solidified gel product in the pores of the structure is absolutely water-insoluble and water-tight.  The viscosity of the catalyst incorporating ACROGROUTSEAL liquid is so low, that it fills up all pores/crevices and voids inside the concrete structure even at 0.2 kg/cm² grout pump or normal gravity pressure.  If need be, by adding our accelerator and catalyst, at different proportions, gel formation may be controlled from 1 minute and above to suit the requirement.  ACROGROUTSEAL is manufactured by incorporating World’s latest technology.
