Thinner : Municipal water
Drying Time : The same will depend upon temperature and humidity. However, for normal conditions :- Touch Dry – 30 minutes
Recoating Interval : Minimum 4 hours
Coverage : 11-13 sq. mt. / kg. / coat
Finish : Smooth and matt
Shades : As per Shade Card
Packing : 20 Kgs., 10 Kgs. & 5 Kgs.
Cleaning Up : Clean all equipment with water immediately after use.
Primer : Acroprime Cement Primer (Water Thinnable / Solvent Thinnable)
DIRECTIONS FOR USE :-
Surface preparation : Newly plastered surface should be matured for at least 4-6 months. Surface to be painted should be free from grease, dirt, dust or all kinds of loose particles.
Any previous coating should be removed by wire brush. All surface imperfections should be levelled. Surface should be sound, clean and completely dry at the time of application of paint. A coat of cement primer may be applied where necessary.
Application :
First, apply a coat of Acroprime Cement Primer. Mix Aqualin Acrylic Distemper by slowly adding water while stirring. Normally 500ml – 600ml water is required for 1kg. of distemper. Apply 2-3 coats by brushing, keeping an interval of 3-4 hours between successive coats.
Material Handling :
1. Store in a cool & dry place.
2. Mix well before use. Strain if needed.
3. Do not over-thin the paint or over-extend the brush.
