USES
ACRO WALLGUARD can be used for smoothening and repairing of walls, ceiling and floor surfaces. This can also be used for leveling of small undulations of substrate surface.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
Surface Preparation:
Remove all dirt, loose particle, laitance from the surface with the help of emery stone, wire brush or putty – blade. Moist the substrate surface to a saturated surface dry condition with potable water.Mixing:Mix WALLGUARD with 35-45% water mainly by a trowel to a smooth – consistency. Mixing time shall be 4-5 minutes. Wait for another 10 minutes and remix before application. Only that much material may be mixed with water as that can be consumed within 3 hours. The pot life of mixed material is three hours.ApplicationFreshly mixed WALLGUARD shall be applied on moist substrate surface (SSD) in thin layer with the help of a putty blade or steel trowel. Allow the surface to dry for at least 4-6 hrs and apply the second coat as mentioned above. Allow it to dry for 7 days before the application of paint. If required, treated surface can be sanded with sand paper of no. 320 before application of paint. Maximum 4 coats can be applied but each coat thickness should not be more than 1mm. Generally, 1 to 1.5mm coating thickness is advisable as putty application.

STORAGE
Acro WALLGUARD shall be stored in cool and dry place.

PRECAUTION
During extremely hot weather application finished coat shall be cured by sprinkling of water for 1-2 days for best results.
