ACROSILK
SUPER ACRYLIC EMULSION
 
ACROSILK is a luxury emulsion paint based on pure acrylic resin with high opacity pigments, fungicides and stabilizing chemicals to provide an odourless and hygienic durable coating. ACROSILK has a rich, matt satin smooth finish eye pleasing finish which looks fresh for years.
ACROSILK has an excellent covering capacity and durability with a rich appearance.

TECHNICAL DATA

Area of Application :
Ceiling & Plaster / Brick work / Asbestos cement sheet / hard and soft boards etc.

Method of application :
Brush / Roller / Spray

Thinner :
Water

Thinner Ratio :
750 ml of water to 1 ltr. ACROSILK or 15 ltrs. Of water to 20 ltrs. of AROSILK.

Drying Time :
The same will depend upon conditions of temperature and humidity. Touch Dry - 30 minutes

Recoating Interval :
3 – 4 hours

Coverage :
18-22 m2 per ltr. per coat depending upon the surface and shade.

Finish :
Smooth with a slight sheen

Shades :
White & Base

Packing :
20 ltrs. drum

Cleaning :
Clean all equipment with water immediately after use.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE Surface Preparation :
New plaster should be allowed to dry for atleast 4-6 months. Ensure that the surface to be painted should be free from dirt, dust, rust, oil, grease and foreign matter. On previously painted surface existing loose paint films must be removed. Any lime wash, powder distemper etc. should be scraped off completely. All fungus affected areas should be given a suitable treatment. All cracks and surface imperfections should be suitably repaired before undertaking the painting. The surface should be completely dry and sound at the time of painting.

Application :
On a well prepared surface, apply 2-3 coats of Acrosilk Emulsion to get the desired results. Universal stainers or tinters can be used to get desired shades.

Material Handling :
1. Store in a cool & dry place.
2. Stir well before use, Strain, if needed.
3. Do not over-thin the paint or over-extend the brush.
