Ensure that the surface to be painted should be free from any loose paint, chalking, dirt, grease, fungus and algae. This can be achieved by thorough wire brushing and subsequent cleaning with water. The surface should be dried well before the application of Acroshield. Any surface cracks or dents to be filled only by using cement sand mortar 1:3 and not with putty preparation.
Application : Add 750ml. of water to 1 ltr. Acroshield (i.e. add 15 ltrs. of water to a 20 ltrs. of Acroshield) and apply 2 coats with a gap of 4-6 hours between the coats. Apply a coat of our product Acro Polyunder Sealer or Acroshield diluted 1:1 with water as a primer coat on freshly plastered surfaces for better results. To ensure greater protection, it is recommended that the horizontal surfaces like parapets, ledges etc. should be given a 3rd coat of Acroshield. Acroshield Exterior Emulsion Paint can be brushed, rolled or sprayed.
Material Handling :
1. Store in a cool & dry place.
2. Stir well before use. Strain if needed.
3. Do not over-thin the paint or over-extend the brush.
