Acro Thinner

Drying Time :: Surface Dry 2 to 3 hours
Depending upon conditions of Hard Dry – 18 hours temperature and humidity

Recoating Interval : 12 hours

Coverage : 18 – 22 M2 / ltr / coat, by brush on a properly prepared smooth surface

Finish : Smooth and Glossy

Shades : As per shade card. Special shades on request

Packing : 20 Ltrs., 10 Ltrs., 4 Ltrs., 1 Ltr.. & 500 ml.

Cleaning up : Clean all equipment with Acro Thinner immediately after use.

Viscosity : 110 – 120 secs. At 300 C by Ford cup B-4

Flash Point : Above 300 C

Primers to be used :
Ferrous metals : Acroprime Red Oxide Metal Primer
Wood : Acroprime Pink Wood Primer
Plasters : Acroprime Cement Primer (Solvent thinnable)

Directions for use Surface Preparation Application ::
Ensure that the surface to the painted is free from dirt, dust, oil, grease and foreign matter.
Use the recommended primer depending on the surface to be painted.On a well prepared surface, apply two coats of paint giving an interval of 10-12 hours between successive coats to get optimum results.

Material Handling :
1. Store in a cool & dry place.
2. Stir well before use.
