USES
It is very widely used in structural concrete for basements, roofs of all residential and industrial buildings, underground and overhead concrete tanks. It is also very effective in brickwork mortar and in plastering/rendering of all walls of residential and Industrial structures. It is used in arresting dampness, salt-petre action and efflorescence in conjunction with cement-sand mortar.

Permeability to Water : Much below the limits of the water standard.

APPLICATION
For Screeds, Mortars, Plastering/Rendering for both internal and external waterproofing jobs, ACRO-1 should be mixed with water at 1:10 to 1:18 ratio i.e. 1 part of ACRO-1 with 10 to 18 parts of water by volume. Use such mixed material for lean and rich mortar i.e. ACRO-1 : Water (1:10) mix for 1 : 8 cement-sand and ACRO-1 : water (1:18) for 1:3 cement- sand mortar .

Approximately 0.3 Kg. ACRO-1 is required for 1m2 mortar with a thickness of 10mm in leaner mixes and 0.2 kg. ACRO-1 for 1m2 mortar with thickness of 10mm in richer mixes.

In concrete, 1kg/50kg cement in a concrete mix with cement content above 350 Kg/m3 and 1.5kg/50kg cement in a concrete mix with cement content below 35kg/m3. ACRO-1 may be added into concrete/mortar mix along with gauging water.

CURING
Curing of Cementitious material along with ACRO – 1 should be carried out as usual. It is non-toxic and non-inflammable.

SHELF LIFE :Shelf life is 24 months in original packing.

Available in 1kg, 5 kg, 25 kg and 225 kg Drum
